There are two kinds of long roller path and short roller path.
The roller surface of the long roller path has cylindrical, conical and curved shapes, with the longest cylindrical roller path being the most widely used. The curve section of the roller path uses a conical roller or a double-row cylindrical roller to turn the item. The short roller path can shorten the distance between the rollers and lighter weight. The roller path is generally slightly inclined. When the item is heavy and the line is long, the slope may be 1 to 1.5% in order to save the effort of the item. If you want to make the item self-slipping, the slope can be increased to 2 to 3%.
There are many factors that affect the size of the self-sliding slope, and most of them use experiments to determine the proper angle. When the length of the line is less than 10 meters and the article is lighter than 200 kilograms, it can be arranged as a horizontal line.
The self-sliding roller is not easy to control the sliding speed of the goods, so the length is generally not large. The width of the roller path is 100 to 150 mm larger than the width of the item. The minimum radius of curvature of the curve segment is 3 to 4 times the roller width.
The distance between the rollers is 1/3 to 1/4 of the length of the transported article, which is required when the stability of the transported articles is high. The spacing may be 1/4 to 1/5 of the length of the transported item. The diameter of the roller is determined by the size of the load.
